Tracy Green

Director, Outreach and Recruitment

Tracy Green is the Director of Outreach and Recruitment for Reynolds Community College. She has been with Reynolds since 2005, and collaborates with the six school districts in the college service region to provide opportunities for students to gain exposure to college and career options, improve their college readiness, and visit business, industry and educational organizations of interest to the students. Ms. Green holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in economics from Western Carolina University (1988), a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in college student personnel administration from Indiana University – Bloomington (1990), and a Post-Masters Certificate in Enrollment Management from Capella University (2014). She first moved to the Richmond area in 1990, and has a combined total of 27 years of work in higher education at Indiana University, the University of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Reynolds Community College.    

Yvette D. Brooks is the Outreach and Recruitment Support Specialist. She is a native of Richmond and a Reynolds Alumnus. In 2012, Ms. Brooks earned an A.S. in Business Administration.

Dr. Christine Booker is currently the Recruitment Coordinator at Reynolds Community College. She has worked in higher education for over fifteen years in different capacities. Dr. Booker is a magna cum laude graduate from VCU, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She also holds a Master of Public Health degree from the School of Medicine at MCV/VCU and an EdS (Educational Leadership and Policy Studies) post graduate degree from Virginia Tech. Lastly, she has a PhD degree in Human Services from the School of Public Service Leadership at Capella University. In addition to these accomplishments, Dr. Booker is an Army Nurse Veteran. She has also served as an adjunct Associate Professor at Reynolds and as an adjunct faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University. 

 

Mrs. Billups fell in love with Reynolds during a graduate internship in 2010 and never left! In the fall of 2014, Hilda M. Billups assumed the role of Advance College Academy Career Coach Coordinator in the Office of Outreach and Recruitment. In this role, she supports students in the program across the Reynolds service region by mentoring and training the career coaches assigned to ACA student populations. Mrs. Billups holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Duke University) and a Masters of Science in Higher Education with an emphasis in student development (Kaplan University). Mrs. Billups views building rapport as the most fundamental component of career coaching. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Reynolds and teaches some ACA sections of SDV 100.
