Malcolm Holmes Director of Communications and Public Affairs Contact: 804.523.5230 mholmes@reynolds.edu Malcolm is the Director of Communications and Public Affairs. He has worked at the college since 1993. Prior to coming to Reynolds, he worked in a creative capacity with Bank of America predecessor NationsBank. He holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Advertising and an M.A. in Media and Communications from Norfolk State University with a concentration in Public Relations. He manages internal communications, media relations, event planning, crisis communications, legislative affairs and community relations.

Steve Vehorn Assistant Director of Public Relations Contact: 804.523.5229 svehorn@reynolds.edu Steve arrived at the college in June of 2005 after working in public relations at Special Olympics Virginia and the Colonial Athletic Association. He holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from East Tennessee State University and served in the U.S. Army after graduating from the ETSU ROTC program. Steve coordinates internal communications functions and assists with media relations, special events and crisis communications. He and his wife Jill have two boys, Sam and Kip.
